Regular check-ups for a healthy corporate culture
Every team has its own challenges, discussions, and issues. And these have a direct impact on team spirit, commitment, and work results. That’s why you should use regular short surveys to take the “pulse” of your organization and gain quick insights into the well-being, satisfaction, and attitudes of your employees, or to accompany change processes.

Employee Pulse
Giving employees a voice
Pulse surveys are short, regular employee surveys that reveal the mood and needs within your organization.
1. Pulse surveys as a mood barometer
Pulse surveys are short, standardized employee surveys that are conducted at regular intervals—weekly, monthly, or quarterly. They specifically capture moods, challenges, and developments in individual teams, departments, or for the entire organization, providing managers and HR with valuable insights in real time. Thanks to their streamlined structure and high frequency, pulse surveys are particularly well suited for accompanying change, strengthening employee engagement, and identifying the need for action at an early stage.
2. Modular system enables customization
As a standardized measurement method, a pulse survey should track sentiment over time while also allowing room for in-depth questions that arise from different needs and do not have to be asked in every pulse wave. That is why we develop an individual and expandable survey kit for our customers, consisting of a mandatory core questionnaire and optional additional modules. We provide this questionnaire in a self-service tool so that your managers can decide for themselves which topics to focus on and how often they want to conduct surveys.
3. Real-time results
The ReportManager provides your managers with an overview of their individual team results in the dashboard—in real time and, of course, over time across the individual pulse waves. At the same time, a granular rights/roles concept also enables cross-project access to the aggregated results across all participating organizational units. This creates a comprehensive picture of relevant moods and discourses in all areas of your organization. Open comments play a central role in the analysis of trend topics. These are automatically coded in the tool using artificial intelligence and thus made available for quantitative evaluation.
4. Solve problems before they escalate
MyFollow-up provides you with a practical action tool that you can use in two ways as part of employee pulse surveys:
1.Closed-loop follow-up: In this non-anonymous system, critical employee feedback automatically triggers a follow-up ticket. This obliges the manager to seek a conversation with the team member concerned and work out solutions together.
2.Proactive follow-up: Managers can alternatively or additionally open follow-up tickets independently in order to plan, implement, and track targeted improvement measures based on anonymous study results.
(r)evolution Quality Standards
Scientific questionnaire design is standard practice for us. In addition to the applicability of a survey instrument in business practice (usefulness), the scientific quality criteria of objectivity, reliability, and validity are of central importance for the evaluation of a measurement model. Therefore, our measurement instruments are tested and empirically validated with regard to these quality criteria.
