Members of planung & analyse’s platform of corporate market researchers (PUMa) are generally positive about AI tools and believe they could make their work easier. It is even possible to imagine the replacement of some classic methods or the supplement of core activities. AI tools are currently used more for so-called attached activities, such as translations. These are the results of a survey conducted by Felix Tiedemann for his master’s thesis.
