Something is on the move
In a world where industries and markets are becoming increasingly dynamic, and where trends and innovations go through ever shorter life cycles, “agility” is a significant driver of competitive ability in modern companies.
It is becoming increasingly important to be both flexible and adaptable, to be able to identify change and react with vigour to a dynamic environment. In their latest article entitled “Something is on the move” (“Es bewegt sich was”) Jan-Peter Harms and Dr. Nicole Lehnert led an investigation of how employees at Deutsche Post DHL Group view the Group’s agility, and just what today’s logistics giants need to do in order to react to changes in future with ever greater efficiency.
