How does (r)evolution work?

(r)evolution is teamwork
We are a highly coordinated team: Our respective expert knowledge means that we are able to offer each other mutual support in both word and deed, while also developing creative solutions together during interdisciplinary meetings. Interaction based on mutual respect as well as our sense of commitment and reliability make our projects the shared success of all employees.

(r)evolution is quality
Quality assurance is part and parcel of everything we do in our project work. Our closed-loop control system which encompasses an internal briefing culture, test phases and simulations, comprehensive documentation and checks based on the principle of dual control (four-eyes principle) help to safeguard the highest degree of formal quality in line with German Industry Standard ISO 20252 for market research. Every (r)evolution project is also taken under the wing of a management board member, in addition to the use of formal processes. This is the prerequisite for outstanding research. The difference, however, is attributable to the sheer effort we put into our work.

(r)evolution is data protection
As a member of the professional associations “Berufsverband deutscher Markt- und Sozialforscher e.V.” (BVM) and the “Deutsche Gesellschaft für Online-Forschung” (DGOF) we are not only mandated by statutory data protection laws, but also by the strict professional ethics that govern market and social research. As a company with its eyes firmly on the future we bear responsibility for the protection of our environment and the sustainable use of resources. It is for this reason that we have obligated ourselves to minimise our impact on the environment: Recycling, train travel, biking, web conferencing and 100% green power are just a few of the measures that make up our sustainability strategy.

(r)evolution has been owner-managed since its incorporation in 2005. The three Executive Directors Dr. Anita Petersen, Heiko Klemm and Sven Slodowy maintain direct customer contact and support you with a strong team consisting of roughly 30 members of staff and reliable network partners.

Team concept and consultation

Complex study designs, an innovative method mix and consultation without methodological boundaries are the favourite tasks of our senior experts behind Team concept and consultation. The interdisciplinary team harnesses both qualitative perspectives and quantitative analytical power.

Team automatisation

There are big projects, and then there are really big projects. The latter gets pulses racing among our team of experts for automation projects. Handling complex data structures and automated mass reporting using the latest in sophisticated statistical analysis and chart types is the team’s bread and butter. Feel free to make it complicated.

Team employee feedback

Every employee survey dictates a particularly sensitive approach to dealing with all participating stakeholders. Our team for employee feedback accompanies the entire process behind large-scale satisfaction surveys, from “OrgMapping” through to nomination and individual reporting for top management, executives and employees.

Team IT solutions

Our IT experts roll their sleeves up where off-the-shelf software solutions simply don’t cut it. We develop proprietary web applications for greater quality and efficiency within the market research process, as well as software specifically tailored to the wants and needs of our customers.

Team online research

The team conjures up visually appealing and individual designs for your online surveys. Complex international studies are undertaken with a safe pair of hands, ensuring that success will be achieved at the end of the day. Prudent address management and the sensitive handling of bounceback clearing, blacklisting and queries are all part and parcel of field support.

Team data analysis

Each data point is subject to a defined quality process at (r)evolution, from initial data cleaning through to a navigation-enabled series of tables. Data-analytical processes and interfaces for automated or manual reporting go hand-in-hand with one another.
