Key Questions
How well is a company prepared in regard to strategic fields like digitalization, data protection, CSR or agility? In times of disruptive changes companies face great challenges. The challenge is to take advantage of the opportunities digitalization presents, to react agile to changing market demands, to address social responsibility and not to underestimate data protection. In order to develop adequate strategies , you need reliable key figures on your own company and your competitors. These topics are on the agenda of many corporate market research units and are often included as trend KPIs in management reports, annual reports and sustainability reports. But not every topic can be regularly measured in a separate survey. To bridge that gap, (r)evolution has developed and piloted a standardized questionnaire that can be modularly integrated into ongoing employee and customer surveys. In this article we present a KPI system as well as the results of a pilot phase for six industries in Germany.
